چکیده

The results of UV spectrophotometric analysis were analysed using partial least squares (PLS) and principal component regression (PCR) techniques to allow simultaneous evaluation tramadol hydrochloride (TRA) p-acetaminophen (PAR) in tablets. A calibration set 16 mixtures, each containing PAR TRA various amounts, was created a 24-full fractional design. absorbance data for the obtained between 215?280 nm (?? = 0.1 nm). Subsequently, concentration sets used generate PCR PLS calibrations. ratio spectra- first derivative method devised as solution same problem compare outcomes chemometric methods experiment. After proposed shown be accurate testing validation samples, they analysing commercial tablet samples. analytical showed that can alternative high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Correlation coefficients determined working range 6?36 g.mL?1 4?22 TRA. limits detection quantification calculated 0.9104 ?g.mL?1 3.0347 ?g.mL?1, respectively. test analyses form are agreement with one-way ANOVA confidence interval 95%. This study shows method, models based on measurements very useful straightforward quantitative resolution two-component pharmaceutical preparation, requiring little sample preparation time analysis.

The Simultaneous Estimation of Paracetamol and Tolperisone Hydrochloride in Tablet by UV Spectrophotometric Methods

Two methods for simultaneous estimation of Paracetamol and Tolperisone Hydrochloride in combined tablet dosage form have been developed using Water as a solvent. The first UV spectrophotometric method was a determination using the simultaneous equation method at 242.5 nm and 260 nm. The second UV spectrophotometric method is the Q – analysis (absorption ratio) method, which involves the formati...

Determination of Ibuprofen and Paracetamol in Binary Mixture Using Chemometric-Assisted Spectrophotometric Methods

Three methods are presented for simultaneous determination of ibuprofen and paracetamol without previous separation. The first method depends on first derivative UV spectrophotometry, with zero-crossing measurement. The first derivative amplitudes at 230 and 290 nm were selected for the assay of ibuprofen and paracetamol, respectively. The second method depends on first derivative of the ratio-...

Spectrophotometric Determination of Promethazine Hydrochloride and Paracetamol in Pharmaceutical Tablets

Spectrophotometric techniques were developed for the determination of single and binarymixture Promethazine hydrochloride (PMH) and Paracetamol (PCM). Normal and first derivative (D) used for single drug at λ 249.5 and 243.0 for PMH and 243.5 and 225 for PCM. The simultaneous determination of binary mixture (PMH) and (PCM) were accomplished by first derivative (D) and second derivative (D) spec...
